Employees also have external qualifications where appropriate, such as:
- Abseiling Training (IRATA)
- Cherry Picker & Harness Training (IPAF)
- Scaffold Tower Erection Training (PASMA)

- Equipment is checked regularly and subject to three monthly and annual checks
